If you encounter challenges meeting all the criteria, consider exploring alternative programs.

High Balance ($726,201 – $1,089,300)
Jumbo Loan ($1,089,301 or above)–> BUT sometimes we can have loan amount as low as $726,201 or above if High Balance rate is better
